So been hanging around the forum but not owned a 6 since my astor got hit from the back. Since then I have had a 306 v6 and a HDI estate what I still have now and loads of other s**t! 1 being the 205 I started but got p**sed off trying to source parts and people wanting stupid money or not being bothered to post out parts ect... for that reason I decided best option was to buy something tax and tested so I can just crack on and still use the car too. Plan was to build a track toy again and keep the estate as a run around and work car but after driving the 6 back from Edinburgh today I forgot how comfy they and and quick. Really fancy charging this one at some point if I can save my money up Smile

I was but then the price changed and to be hones too much work needed doing for £1800 I would want one I could just get in and drive, no messing about! So I bought this, cost me £600 3 month tax and tested till september so cant complain at that

Gaz coilovers went on today with some adjustable top mounts. Also fitted some new track rod ends and drop links while I was on. Turn in and handling are a hell off a lot better now, noticed a good difference. Getting tracking checked at the weekend as well.

Thanks Lee Thumbs up

Bit of an update. After being told this has recently had a timing belt and new head gasket ect... on my way home from work Fridays the belt snapped! So thanks to Chris (c_j_m) I have gone and bought a few goodies Cool

Cammed engine
Unlocked mapped ecu
Rallye aux setup
Magnex Group N exhaust
Uprated linkages
Spare bits and bobs

Also waiting on some pug_racing solid axle mounts and an alloy crank pully to arrive.

I think this one will be staying with chris, he has been wanting something to jump straight into for a little while now, call it a running/driving project if you will. Sad news about the timing belt although i think this is going to be a blessing in disguise!
Keep it up Chris, i'm going to start rebuilding my track China this week, plenty of late shifts to come lol
