Spoke to 3j about gearbox oil as I didn't want small bottles of Redline running in additive used anymore in my oil ...yes it stops the clunking & clicking but also restricts how well the plate diff works ...cause it to slip & be less aggressive...but great to run the 3j in & I'd highly recommend it Thumbs up

3j said use Redline MTL picture below ...now that's bloody Royal Purple prices & not sold in Litres only in US measures..just under litres ...so two used for now ...
3j said its great for plate Diffs & Syncros ....hopefully it does the job Thumbs up

Now that I'm pugless I'll have to catch up and you can take me out in the 306 to keep the love going Wink

Now you know that would be my pleasure Ash Thumbs up
I do spend most of my time at Combe & Prescott giving lifts Whistle

As I told you Ash that's why I do all the mods & the fun of doing stuff to these cars so us & others can appreciate them & in the process p**s a few other people off with Hondas & Renaults Whistle

Hope I've always got something to do to mine or I may get bored ...
Only thing to do now really is new 2.2 Engine from Sandy ...big big money Razz

As you can see by Photos before ...I replaced my box & Clutch etc & Noticed my Satchel shift main supporter post had come loose...should of Lock tightened it ...that then put loads of pressure on both Angled supports it slightly bent the thin 1.2mm angled drilled flat plate...it's the black second from top in picture ...

So I got my friend to cut out some Stainless Steel 3mm flat plate & I drilled it & hand bent it in a vice ....don't think that will happen again ..
It's all a learning curve Thumbs up

Can't believe I'm chatting to one of my customers today & I he asks about how's my car going ....then I said its nearly there apart from a passenger seat ....he says what sort ?
He gives me a mobile no of one of his customers who's breaking a £100k car ....& going a diff route ...
And he has a 8month old Passenger seat what I wanted but better Thumbs up

It's top end Carbon model so I'm having that as drivers & mine which is GRP as Passenger seat ...

So pleased & he wants some stuff I've got & some windows cutting into both sides of his Year old T5 van ...not a problem ...Whistle
I'm starting to have some luck for a change ...
Both seats should look alike ...mines 11months old also Thumbs up
