So i am looking to get yet another 306... 7 wasnt enought so fingers crossed i will be getting my 8th in the next couple of weeks. This will be my 2nd red rallye aswell Cool
At the minute i have an audi S4 2.7 V6 bi-turbo. Yes its a great car, fast and sound unreal but it just doesnt bring a smile to my face like a good old 306 Love Another reason is everything is so f**king expensive for the audi... likes of a light bulb, £120+vat for 1 head light bulb from audi. Are they taking the p**s?

Any way i will more than likely have a prohect thread up and running soon and before anyone gets into it NO IT WONT BE BROKE FOR PARTS IN A FEW MONTH!!! Laugh my ass off

I'll believe that when i see it!! LOL LOL
The reason iirc for the bulb being so expensive is they are not just a bulb, everything on an Audi is programmed to the car and uses Can-Bus to communicate, so everything has its place in the cars on board control and computer systems. Gone are the days of going to the factors and paying for a headlight bulb! I only know this because my mate works for Audi and there is not a part electrically that doesn't have to be programmed in to the car before use! Roll eyes

Was it a xenon bulb? I had one go on the fabia and that cost £90 to replace. No xenons on the audi that replaced the fabia!

A m8 at work has got a 10 plate mondeo, priced up a bulb at ford for over £100 and thought bigger that I'll find one on eBayYes

Bought one at circa £30, fitted it to find he has a bulb warning light lit on the dashAngry

Another rip off from the dealersAngry
