Oh I don't know. The door might need a bit of filler though.

It's surprising as the cockpit was completely trashed but was no blood or any damage ie cut pillars to get anyone out, they did say the driver died. Not nice, looks like a tree took care of it.

I wonder if the spacesaver on the nearside rear was a contributing factor? It obviously went sideways into something very solid.

I expect the accident investigators hose out any gory bits before it goes of to the breakers yard, don't want bargain hunters being put off by finding somebodys teeth embedded in the steering wheel or an eyeball rolling around under a seat!

No not crushed right away, but they dont go to a breakers, we have the contract for our local area so we hold all damaged cars until police/insurance have done what they need its only then the breakers get it

I used to work in a scrap yard and saw a mg zr that was bent right round (front wheel thouching the back wheel on the pass side ) with a tree in the middle.

Apparently the guy hit a tree (obviously) and ripped it out the ground and folded the car in half. Was a big tree to.

He got out and walked 5 yards and colapsed with spinal injurys. Now in a wheel chair Sad

All cars with body parts/excrement/blood etc in normally get crushed asap once the insurance/police sort it.
