thanks Smile

right then,
Just got back from picking up this nice little lot, should sort my fuel starvation issues out. can't afford to run this engine lean...

Bosch 044 pump

1.5L swirl pot

fuel filter

aeroquip fittings and bulkhead fittings todo a neat job going through the firewall.

braided lines right from the pump to the rail and back again.

nice! shiney shiney Cool where did you buy them from.

Interested in how you are plumbing this in. Are you using the original tank, and pump??

I have the same issue up avon rise with less than 1/3 tank.

got them all second hand from a member on drivers.

plan on running it in the rear footwells behind front seats then just braided lines up and back from the engine.

yep standard tank and pump. i will use the standard pump as a lift pump into the swirl pot. then out of there into the pump, fuel filter then to the engine. return back to the swirl pot then another return from the swirl pot to the main tank.

at combe last time i brimmed the car, done one session and was fine. 3 laps into the next session i was getting surge out of, camp, quarry, esses/old paddock and tower. i had to pull in earlySad

can't be dealing with having to fill it up every session

Nice one, I think I will need to do the same, hate running the car with so much fuel in the tank.

right then, progress on the old slag.

fuel pump, swirl pot and lines all mounted behind the passengers seat

Fuel lines run down the inside of the passengers footwell, lighting harness clipped along side

Up to the bulkhead using proper aeroquip bulkhead fittings

out into the engine bay, just awaiting acouple of fittings to finish it off under the bonnet then can fire it upSmile

passengers seat refitted. Not much room but theres enough.

want it all finished so i can drive it to combe on monday for the first race of the season Smile

looks good... but...

.. all that hard work and you cut the carbon bar sheeting by hand and not straight Shock that would most definitely keep me awake at night until it was rectified Razz
