Hello mate,

Not sure if it is on the thread (wayyy too long for me to read through) but do you do 306 door cards?

Like this:

If so, could you provide prices and weights for carbon fibre and fibre glass?

Thanks Big grin

Only found one place (item shown in picture above) and they are £110 for pair in carbon, and £70 for fibreglass.

I was told they will be black (gel coat finished?). If you can do them cheaper, would be very interested, and would like the rear door cards too if possible Thumbs up

can you supply a template for the panels. if so i'll do fronts in glass with black gel finish for £50 plus postage which won't be much. and rears depending on how big £40. its mainly down to time with trimming.

Thanks for making me a fibreglass bonnet and for using a black gelcoat so I won't need to paint it for the racecar. Weighs only 5.4kg which is over 14kg lighter than the STD one. The finish is very good and the price is fantastic at £75. I know that is a starter price and I recommend people bite your hands off before the price goes up to a more realistic level as they are good enough to sell at twice that price!
I really need a fg hatch and a pair of fg doors. How many more people do you need interested before it becomes viable?

I'm after a fibreglass tailgate too (**waits for wayne to swap to carbon**) although preferably with internal skin so I can mount the boot popper.

LOL
I've got an ally bonnet halfway finished, and my doors are getting chopped up so don't need those (unless you fancy just doing me the top half from the bumpstrip up, don't know how you'd blank the rest of the mould off though...), but I ain't trying to make a boot in ally LOL

doors a lil way off. can't be doing with the split moulds at the minute and there isn't that much call for them outside the forum. take it everyone is ok with phase 3 boot. will smooth it but if you want to cutout done i can do it for you.

Yeah, that'll do, doesn't make much difference really!
Do you have a rough price on the doors yet? Might have some and chop 'em down Hmm

not yet phill. there at the back of my list at the minute. need to sort out boots first then on with dimma kit then doors. i should think doors will be about £200 each as there going to require expensive tooling and time. and thats what really costs.

Ah well, back to the trusty old angle grinder LOL

Definately interested in a boot though, I was going to take a mould from mine but it's not worth the effort for one.

Sorry for the delay in replying, I've been reading this thread from the beginning on my phone ....
I would like all my bits in fibreglass with White gel coat. I thought long & hard about carbon but I can't justify the extra wonga for what will be essentially a track car unless you have any parts with weave problems that would be cheaper as I would be painting them anyway Dunno

Cool
