are the hatches all the same? phase½/3 hatches all swap?may be keen on a hatch too in FG something fairly rigid but light i assume it'd be lock-less and would need pinning...? also needs to be able to accomodate a standard rear window [mine's polycarb but still factory shape/fitment] ________________________________________ 306 rallye reproduction decals (full sets/individual decals) | 306 b-pillar textured vinyl weatherstrips306 slam panel esso stickers | 306 yellow / orange / pension fund red side door badges gti6 inlet manifold badges | 306 rear boot badges (p2/p3) winner of Extraction of toys from prams with outstanding vigour award 2009 [source: gti6 owners club] |

Looking into windows eh I'm ok sorting a deposit for the hatch, I could paypal it to you any time. How much do you need? I'd like single skin too in White gel coat. I take it that it would need holding in place with 4 bonnet pins but would be watertight? looking into having the 3 rear windows thermo formed, looking about £170 at the minute so seeing if there is anyway of bringing the cost down.the rear hatches will be smoothed but i can cut the bit out for the lock and button if people want. untill i have the mould made i won't be able to give the weights for it. standard windows will fit in the same way as normal. deposits will have to be about £50 i think just to make sure. ________________________________________ custom carbonfibre and fibre glass parts. 07513059320 |

Hi James, I won't need the window but how do I get the deposit to you for the hatch? Fully smoothed with no hole for the handle would be ideal for me Cheers ________________________________________ Get used to seeing the yellow one !!!Team 330™ Team "no front end or engine" Team "LIMITED EDITION" I live for the 306 sticker Team 0-60 in 6.44 & standing qtr in 14.808 @ 94.55mph all with std engine 203bhp Corolla T-Sport daily driver stealthier than Kwai Chang Caine |

a template of the door cards would be great and i will sort something out for you doing it. bonnet single skin glass is £75 which is what most people are having (ash had 2). double skin £125 carbon single skin is £280 and double £380. hatch single skin 110 and double 230. haven't worked out carbon or half carbon prices yet.________________________________________ custom carbonfibre and fibre glass parts. 07513059320 |

how safe is it to cut out holes in FG with a dremel? Only two small holes for the catches but i dont want to be breathing in loads of glass dust. Is it safe enough with a mask n goggles? |

yer u will be fine with just a dust mask for small amounts mate. and if you can do it outside it would be even better. breeze will blow the dust away from where your working.________________________________________ custom carbonfibre and fibre glass parts. 07513059320 |

yes double skins are direct replacements, single skins can normally have fixings bonded in to provide somewhere to bolt to. normally need shimming with a washer as their never the right height.________________________________________ custom carbonfibre and fibre glass parts. 07513059320 |
