Obviously the T16 had a transmission tunnel for the prop and also some sort of mounting system for the rear diff but there is a fair amount of room under a 306!

There's definately room in the 306 tunnel for the prop if you move the exhaust over.

Evo running gear sounds good.
Does an evo have it's ESP system running from the brakes or gearbox or both, I'm thinking about the 4 wheel drive electronic systems That send the torque/power to whichever wheels need it more like the new skyline eg rather than just braking a wheel to put more power to the other eg.
If so I wonder if it's possible to wire that in to the 306 lol

No ESP on a EvoNo

GSR's have AYC(active yaw control)on the rear diff, which is a complex system which uses the ABS sensors,G force sensors for forward/back and side to side G force, and sensors on the steering column for steering wheel input.

The info goes through 3 ECU's and then this transferred to the rear diff via a pump/hyd sytem which uses plates in the rear diff to alter drive from one to the other where grip is requiredThumbs up

If you did go for Evo running gear you would want the rear LSD diff set-up from the RS version of the EvoThumbs up

Nowt fancy just a plate type LSDYes
