No, the 406 still waiting on parts, anyone want to buy a nice Coupe? One careful owner, (but a load of dodgy fookers before him), some slight scorch marks I've got all the boxes and packaging waiting ready to go so hopefully it'll be a case of roadtrip Monday, box up and out. I've done some prelim work on the uppers with making the honeycombed cores to check clearances and tweak the shapes, but I need to grab some carbon and some steel for the bolt inserts, so that's the same as everything else at the minute and waiting on not having 2 cars both on axle stands ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. Yep, just got in from sorting them actually - basically I've had to add another process in having them all garnet blasted, as the grinding/cleaning/pitting marks show through the plating, especially with the smooth tubes in the centre - it's not as forgiving as powdercoat in that regard. The garnet gives them a smooth satin surface to start from, but unfortunately it's added hours of work I wasn't counting on, however, they'll be back at the platers over the weekend. Also, they don't fit very well in a borrowed MX-5 ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. I had to wrap them all in a sheet and put them in the passenger seat. Looked like I was carrying a body ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. There's a few of the lower bars bent up in CDS too - don't ask me why, slept since then, think it was for someone mounting sump guards to them - so if anyone has a brace going on a rally car or similar and wants something that will take even more of a beating (it's about twice the strength of the normal tube) I can do CDS - although only have enough bent for a couple.________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. It's about £15 more in material, but call it a tenner over the normal ones since it's already done anyway ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. I've not put my name down for a standard lower brace, but I'd be happy to pay the extra and have one in CDS!________________________________________ 99/S Carbon Gti-5 |

Okay, yours would have to go in the next batch, but if pugheaven is happy with his just in the sandblasted finish that leaves another normal one spare in the first batch, so we should be something like:1. Day666 ... paid - Batch 1 2. barrym ... paid - Batch 1 3. Mocinim ... paid - Batch 1 4. Pug_306 ... paid - Batch 1 5. Pug_306 ... paid - Batch 1 6. LJ_6 ... Paid - Batch 1 7. LJ_6 ... Paid - Batch 1 8. sergio iacobucci ... Paid - Batch 1 9. Foot ... Paid - Batch 1 10. Foot ... Paid - Batch 1 11. RetroPug ... Paid - Batch 1 12. Pugheaven ... (CDS unplated) 13. Manthos - Batch 1 14. Russbez - Batch 1 15. Jared boy - Batch 1 16. Orta - Batch 1 17. 3rd time lucky - Batch 2 18. Castor Troy - Batch 2 19. Mightysi - Batch 2 20. Chr1sch - Batch 2 22. Grantpipe - Batch 2 23. DeeTurbo - Batch 2 24. Farleyd53 - Batch 2 25. CJ-gti6 - Batch 2 (CDS) ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments.
