Heres the details of it ....

http://www.zircotecwebstore.com/ZircoFlex®-III-Triple-Flexible-Ceramic/dp/B009DC0GDM

What a pain in the ass to get to the bottom two Bolts ...& to do them back up with the new plate I had to Jack the car up & put on axle stands & work from underneath LOL

Right I have a offer for someone on here ...
This is a RaceDash don't forget
No heater matrix fittings etc...

I've just been told I can now have the Dash mould as I've paid them to make it & they arnt going to make anymore because they have enough work in Paris Dakar panels etc ...

Anybody fancy buying it off me cheap & then they can either make there own or sell it to someone who can ....I don't want to get involved because I've got enough going on Thumbs up

Your welcome to make as much as you can ...be not got the time ....
This is a full mould minus no Glove box or vents or fuse box Holder which means you can cut out anything extra you need yourselves ....then get it flocked ..

PS should have mine tomorrow ?

Provisionally SOLD !

I can't wait to see them myself Dan LOL
It's in the Mould Gel coat curing as we speak Thumbs up

I was meant to have it today =10days to make mould & make but the mould took nearly 7days to make as every angle & side is different to the other ....he said all the money & cost is in the ONE OFF mould Thumbs down
He said he won't make anymore Thumbs down
They are flat out making Carbon Fibre / Kevlar stuff for £200k Dakar 4x4s they build ....so I'm a pain in the ass & only got it done as I called in a favour & that's still crazy money that could of gone into my Engine fund Whistle

Thing is Dan .....Richard who's company it is does TV work ...he's a advisor on Scrapheap challenge also ....

Let's see how it looks first ....but everybody I spoke to wanted £700-£890 for just making a one off mould before making the Dash Thumbs down

10days seeing as one man does everything & they are crazy busy is amazing I think ?
The mould took 7days to make just on its own Crazy

Doesn't surprise me, everything I've seen says that the molds take a while to make. It's something I wanted to try eventually, after learning to weld.

Welding is my priority for the year, determined to learn how to do it. Just basic MIG welding to start with, nothing super exciting. Not really sure what I'll do with it in the end but would like to get to the point that I feel comfortable welding in rollcages as realistically that's the biggest thing I'll ever need to do. Obviously that has to be done really, really well so it will take a long time for me to get there but no harm in trying Smile

Travel down to me one Saturday morning, I'll sell you a little welder then teach you how to use it.

I've got a SIP 180 3 phase unit but nothing else (no torch, etc.). Going to get the gear sorted (not sure where to get it from) and then start to do some practice. Luckily Aaron lives near to me and has offered to show me the basics, otherwise I'd be straight down!
