Bit of a update ...
Fitted the new 8v turbo XM engine mount & diesel alternator bottom mount by oil filter plus the Mitsubishi /Denso type 40amp Alternator
Only problem is it has a 15mm spindle so I had to order a 15mm X 53mm X 6v belt alloy pulley to fit .

Ordered a 110mm 8mm / twin rose jointed Teflon ajuster .

Second hand new small one below ....loads of room

Just wondering, why'd you get an adjustable link if you're using the standard tensioner? Wouldn't a simple solid link have been simpler and 'cost efficient'?

£13 all in from McGill motorsport & I can now use several Assorted length belts I have with the auto ajuster ....you need it with a slightly different size belt -bigger or smaller because you don't have much to work with distant wise from the Altenator pulley to the auto tensioner pulley they can touch & rub ..this allows me to adjust that distance now with my Assorted belts I've aquired over 3years...trying to plan ahead Whistle
