So day off from work today and in between washing machine loads I decided to wash and polish the 6.

Always felt that something was missing since I've had the car and never been a fan of how it looked. Then it hit me Wizard it doesn't look right without badges!!!

So I bust out the Rover 'GTI' Badges I bought off eBay and the red '6' badges bought off Dangti6 and fitted them

Also have decided that the Pro race 1.2's are staying as I Love the way they feel on the car and how the Wilwoods look behind them

Those rover badges work well being thicker than the originals. A modern twist on the ph2 versions also.

What springs are fitted? Looks similar to mine (eibachs). 50 profile tyres? I may pay the extra and get 55s to lose a bit of the gap.

Cyclones are a nice wheel. Your car is quite purposeful so the black 1.2s suit it.

    Me too now!

The issue I had was comparing it to my old S/C China 6 but that was 7 years ago and finding one as nice as that would be nigh on impossible now. I'm just gonna enjoy driving it and not worry too much about the bodywork Smile

Love the wheels and badges Ash, only thing for me is the colour of the wheels, not a fan of the black tbh I'd rather have boring silver lol, I just think they look a bit lost in black with the china, cracking car though bud Cool

So after a few weeks of uncertainty about keeping/selling/breaking the 306 I have decided to keep her a little bit longer Laugh

So went to a Rolling Road meet with the South Wales Pistonheads yesterday at GotBoost in Bridgend. Always wanted to put a car on the rollers and the 6 was the perfect choice as I wanted to make sure she was healthy and fueling right

So after £35 quid and 3 nervous runs watching some guy give the old girl the beans I had a nice laminated piece of paper Laugh

Guy said it's very healthy and the curves are all good Thumbs up

Made 179bhp at the wheels so approx 230 bhp at the flywheel.very happy with this as she's running a standard cat and exhaust which are costing me 20 bhp! So sorry to all those who wanted bits (marksorrento205 and Barrym) like my decat and Jetex but they are no longer for sale.

Plans are to stop being a whiney b**ch,sort out fitting/paying Mei to fit a few things and just enjoy her.
