Nice to see a sensible figure for a low boost 6 with bad breathing mods. I've seen nothing but places with terribly inaccurate rolling roads giving out high correction figures so people think theirs makes 270bhp then wonder why mine is faster lol. I have a very unrestrictive exhaust system formally from Mabgti's car a few extra breathing mods large intercooler and a relatively freshly built engine and on what appears to be and was claimed a very accurate rolling road mine made about 255bhp and just over 200 ftlb.3 other standard engined 6's made 161 163 and 167bhp on the same day. The rollers they used were what apparently the VAG group and Mercedes use in their in house testing. So you're keeping this now then? Get it dropped a little to improve handling and looks. I'm not a fan of pro race 1.2 purely because everyone has a set nowadays but their cheap and light so it's easy to see why. ________________________________________ Black power baby! Yeah I mainly went to make sure it was all healthy etc. With the de-cat and Jetex exhaust im hoping to gain about 15 bhp and also get the boost piping looked at as the corners are rather restrictive in the lynx built set up. Yeah it's staying for at least 6 months and I've got some bilsteins/eibachs to fit to take care of the lowering side of things. Pro race's have been sold as I wanted to look sleeper-ish at the meet |
