I thought, theres money to be made there and then I get my jig sorted and take forever to make them. I do feel however that just by bunging in sealed ones would be a good shout. And tbh, the actual design is pretty good. You could - why not redesign them if you think they would be better that way? ________________________________________ See the sheer power and might of the lesser known burrowing owl. |

No point in pointing fingers for someone hacking the wiring. As said at some stage someone fitted a steering wheel and top glove box and ditched the air bag system. The annoying thing is that who ever did it didn't tell the next buyer it was like it.Some people wouldn't be to bothered but for Matt its a priority as his mrs uses the car daily so he wants her well protected. Its simple enough to sort just need a fused resistor and 2 bulbs now the wiring is sorted. Still surprised the ecu logs a a fault for the light being open circuit though. And am in agreement that roller wishbone bushes should have sealed bearings. Its a bit un-necessary and old hat to have to grease them nowadays. But not the end of the world and they do work well as they are. ________________________________________ Black power baby! 'Old hat' is the best way of engineering young Pete. Just like good old British engineering - it was made to last. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |

Tbh, sealed bearings would be much better suited for the application imo.If you want old hat stan, I'll machine you some phosphor bronze plain bearings for yours. ________________________________________ See the sheer power and might of the lesser known burrowing owl. |
