Does the airbag use-by-date come into effect. If so then that is the end of old cars effectively? Nobody could justify the cost of updating them

Anyway to get rid of more old bangers and get new cars on the road, they have a masterplan lol.

Scrappage scheme back in force that will benefit the ones in the know, ie dash lights being modified lol then resell the car .

    No it doesn't. The use by date is only to say they cant guarantee they will work after 10 years.
