I agree. They should each have their own map. Seems the right thing to do imo.________________________________________ See the sheer power and might of the lesser known burrowing owl. |

Have a look at cosmic spanners project thread, his is low boost running 240bhp he recorded 0-60 5.8 and 0-100 in 12.7. That is not slow! A standard 6 does 0-100 in 20secs________________________________________ Team DiabloHighboost ![]() |

High boost and super are pretty much both 5s and but the high is 0-100 in 10.8 and super more like 10 dead, Buzz's will probably crack into 9 seconds seeing he has a new charged that makes the power lower downYou cant really make a FWD do 0-60 in less than 5 seconds. Its pretty much not possible. BTW aaron I wasnt saying that you were saying it was too slow etc, That was aimed at fatlapit. ________________________________________ Ex- Phase 3 China GTi-6 T-Reg |

See, now that's why I doubt the 5.5 time. As I went in stans silly boost and it's much much faster than a lb 6. But I'd imaging its only in the 5's.________________________________________ See the sheer power and might of the lesser known burrowing owl. |

Yeah but thats because you cant make a FWD car faster than 5 seconds.Hence why cars like the Megane RS and Focus RS500/ Focus RS all have very similar times despite having 360hp, 300hp, and 265hp ________________________________________ Ex- Phase 3 China GTi-6 T-Reg |

HAHA Huh? Suspension, what who where? ![]() Youre on my case arent you? Fancy helping? I'm getting cold feet about the shocks/springs and doing that bit myself ![]() I.e I'm scared i will dive down a road without front wheels one day ![]() The back should be easy enough for me and a mate i guess though. I'm praying I've finally scrapped up enough for the beam, so far got the Baker Mounts, 205 Challenge Bilsteins, Brand new estate 21mm bars and the hybrid arb. Just need it made now. (The front is much less urgent than the back. Which is genuinely getting a cause for concern now) ________________________________________ Ex- Phase 3 China GTi-6 T-Reg |

Just a UK spec with a few decent prodrive goodies. It's should have been making in the region of 240-260hp so nothing silly. It just put it down so well and had spades of torque which to be fair it needed as it was heavy. Cracking engine though. ![]() ________________________________________ See the sheer power and might of the lesser known burrowing owl. |

To be honest though the scoob felt quicker, it throws you back in the seat instantly but thats due to the turbo coming in early. The lb6 doesnt throw you back in the seat as quick but once the revs have built up it feels quicker than the scoob imo. High boost feels insanly quick once the revs have built up.________________________________________ Team DiabloHighboost ![]() |

The problem with low boost is that it is so smooth that if you aren't screaming it, the only way that you notice is that the speedo moves faster. Which makes you itch for more power. I got rid of my charger because I got done for speeding and knew that if I kept it more points would follow. I notice that you are quick to slag SC-6s off. I will be interested if you could make an off the shelf turbo conversion that is as reliable and cheaper yet produces the same power. Every turbo conversion that I have seen on here has turned into a money pit and hasn't been faster, cheaper or more reliable than a comparable supercharger conversion. ________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |
