That needs more than some Kurust and underseal.
I've just had these crossmembers on mine cut off and replaced with new metal as, like yours, some bellend quite early in the car's life had jacked my car up on these and stoved them in (maybe even at the dealer where they were both sold new!), damaging the paint and allowing rust to start and holes to form.
The guy who did it for me said it was not a big job to fix, the metal was easily formed with basic tools, using the old ones as a template. The new metal was primed with Etchweld weld-through primer before installation, then seam sealed, stone chipped and wax injected after. Now good as new.
EDIT: In my case it needed the subframe dropping to get the welder under the subframe corner, but I was replacing my subframe anyway.
I pulled up the carpets and bent the floors down flat (also bent up by wrong jacking so carpets didn't fit properly) before welding, then zinc primed and after welding painted the inside where there was a bit of paint blistering.
The old metal after being cut out was rusty on the inside. If you are keeping the car indefinitely, I'd get it done now while it is a simple enough job.
I also remember the feeling of wishing I hadn't uncovered it.
