nice one Felix, are you going to use the normal gaskets each side of the PTFE, or just use the PTFE
gasket straight on ??

I think I'll use a paper gasket on each side. Unless you think its ok to use on its own?

if you are going to have the inlet manifold on and off ten or 20 times in the next few years, I would
put the paper gaskets either side, that way the PTFE gasket will last forever.

if you only take the manifold off a few times in the next 10 years, you can just use the PTFE on its own.

NB the cost of the paper gaskets is not too much, so most people who are on their engines a lot,
go with the paper gaskets either side Felix.

Thanks for the advice. I think I will go with the double paper option then. Should be the safest option. Thanks

no need to use paper gaskets, I've lost count of the number of times my inlet has been off and it is just fine, it is a phillipM one so may differ but its still ptfe.

Depends how heavy handed you are with the bolts and it doesn depend a fair bit on the quality of the PTFE, the black ones can take a bit more abuse.

the very last 3 left

I only have three quantity 5mm PTFE Inlet Manifolds for sale in white, expertly cut using Water Jet process from a company that is local to me, have used them for other manifolds over the last ten years, so you can be assured that these are top notch and expertly cut against a new GTi6 manifold gasket for accuracy.

they cost £23.50 including p&p anywhere in the UK.
