really great to see everyone at Pugfest, especially some of the GTi6 members on the hill with us 406 coupe's

I have 20 x PTFE 5mm Inlet Manifolds for sale in white PTFE, expertly cut using Water Jet process from a company that is local to me, have used them for other manifolds over the last ten years, so you can be assured that these are top notch material and are cut against a new GTi6 manifold gasket for accuracy.

first come first served, the cost is £23.50 including p&p anywhere in the UK.
my mobile is 07866 767835, my email is pcourtney1@gmail.com for any questions
will accept paypal, cheques, online banking, just to make things easy.

thank you

Would they be able to make one for my HDi if they had a new gasket to copy, or will they only do them in batches?

I asked, and minimum batches of 26 are the only economical way to do it really, it is the cost of buying the 5mm PTFE in sheet form ( 1200mm x 600mm ) that is the problem, about £350 inc vat

http://www.directplasticsonline.co.uk/PTFESheet/5mm/

and then you need a company to precision cut 26 of them them ( ideally water jet ) for less than £7 each, I'm basically selling these 20 odd at cost to the forum to get my money back.

I have been asked what is so special about PTFE, and why is it so expensive, so this may shed some light on the stuff.

"PTFE Sheet is officially in the record book as having the lowest co-efficient of friction of any soild material and is extremely effective operating at very high and very low temperatures. It has fantastic chemical resistance and superb electrical insulation properties. PTFE Sheet can be tricky to bond, but it is non melting and is self extinguishing"
