as some know, a change of plans with the rallye has meant i have sold the brembo and tarox set up (thanks matt )gave the rear calipers a lick of paint, but still got the front calipers to do. decided to fit my pro race 1.2s look better in the flesh, and suspension hasn't settled yet since coming off the jack ________________________________________ FRESHLY RE-FURBISHED GTI BEAMSFITTING AND LOWERING AVAILABLE. i am almost to the point where i don't see anymore need for improvement with the rallye i think i have the car more or less sorted only things that i'd like to sort, are 1) fit new discs and pads to the front, and paint calipers 2) fit my new ecu 3) lose the scorpion cat back, and fit de-cat with one of miles stainless systems job done ________________________________________ FRESHLY RE-FURBISHED GTI BEAMSFITTING AND LOWERING AVAILABLE. Be good to hear your thoughts on the "miles" exhaust system, when's it landing? I might have to come up and have a listen before i splash out on one.________________________________________ 1999 Astor Grey GTi-6 OEM+ (now gone...)2004 Aegean Blue 206 GTi 180 (also gone...) 2006 Skoda Fabia vRS in Sprint Yellow honestly3k wrote: Do you wrestle for a living matt? I'm also contemplating a Miles stainless exhaust. I'd like to know how it fits/looks/sounds also. Very tidy Rallye. I need to make mine this shiny as my paint is flat as you like! I was waiting til the engine bay work was completed. ________________________________________ I'm Si btwNight Blue VW Golf GTD Bianca LBSC Rallye - Track/Road Slag Project Thread Sparkling Silver Mini Cooper D - Super Dooper - (The other half's wheels) |
