Hi, as you may or may not know I work for bridgecraft engineering. Our main line of business is manufacturing aerospace components for the likes of Rolls Royce and Pratt and Whitney, as well as various forms of motorsport including F1 and MotoGP.
We have an ever growing range of Peugeot related parts which have been developed on Martin’s 306 track car and my own 309 and 205. We never really intended to market any of our parts but due to the increasing interest we thought it'd make sense to list a few of our products for you all to see.

Negative camber front hubs £140

We can modify 205/309/306/405/406 front hubs to give any amount of negative camber you require. Hubs can now be machined with or without the wheel bearing in situ. The price is for machining and sleeves fitting to your hubs and is not exchange. We may sometimes have hubs available to buy outright, just ask.

Negative camber rear arms £175

Pictures to follow

Machining of your trailing arms and fitting of new EN24T stub axles to give -3 degrees of negative camber. This can be done to 205/306/309 arms running disc brakes (or drums at extra cost). Again the price is for modifying your arms but we may at times have arms that can be bought outright.

Bump steer reduction kit

This kit helps correct the steering arm angle on lowered cars and reduce the associated bumpsteer. The kit can be fitted to most Peugeots and consists of
2x high quality rose jointed TRE
2x EN24T sleeved spacers and washers
High tensile bolts and nyloc nuts
This kit requires the TRE taper in the hub to be accurately drilled out to 16mm.
Prices for the kit are as follows;
£100 kit only
£100 with machining if bought together with NEG camber hub service
£125 kit + machining/fitting

Rollcentre correction kit £90
(up-dated design currently being tested but should be available shortly)

Pictures to follow

Helps to correct the wishbone angle on lowered cars and keep the suspension geometry closer to optimum.
The kit is for any car running 16mm balljoints/hubs and comes with all the fitting hardware. The kit requires a small modification to the hub which can be done by any competent mechanic with minimal tools.

'Ovaled' hub repairs £40 per hub
Owners of older Peugeots will be very familiar with the increasingly common problem of ovaled hubs. Caused by over tightening/under tightening/incorrect fitting and removal of bottom ball joints.
The repair consists of re-machining the BBJ hole and the fitting of split steel sleeve.

ARB end plate bushes £15 pair

Often over looked when fitting larger rear ARBs. As well as allowing the end plates to flex a little the standard rubber arb bushes can split and wear out in less than 100 track miles. We supply a pair of nylon replacements in 205/309 or 306 sizes that get rid of any compliance and last a lot longer.

Piston machining from £100

Picture shows a gti6 piston with enlarged cut outs to allow the fitment of aftermarket cams. We can machine most pistons in this way, usually without removing the rod. The price shown is for machining the cut outs 1mm deeper on a set of 4 gti6 pistons.

Trailing arm pins TBA
We are currently pricing these. They will be an OE quality replacement, hardened and CNC ground for accuracy. They will all accept up to a 30mm ARB. We hope these will be considerably cheaper than any currently available.

For any additional info please don't hesitate to phone or PM either myself (07811183032) or Martin (07973882528)

More stuff to follow! Cheers, Allan

Damn you!

Wanted some of those negative camber front hubs for a while, but now at the point where I am really trying to stop spending money on the car. Threads like this do not help! Laugh

Once we're happy with the alterations we've made to the 16mm ones an 18mm version shouldn't be a problem.

Offtopic, but does your company have large enough facilities for a visit from a bunch of Army mechanics, with maybe a bit of a tour around and explaining what you do. An engineering educational visit so to speak? Your quite close to Stafford and it looks good on my report doing shit like that!

Will you be doing a bump steer kit for 18mm hubs?
I'd be looking at bringing the car up for front -camber mod plus bump steer correction.
Do you do wheel alignment too?

The bump steer reduction kit fits 16 or 18mm hubs, the track rod end hole is the same in both hubs,as mentioned the hub will need modding slightly. If you give us a call when your ready we can discuss fitting however it's not something we currently offer.

Atterz, in the health and safety mad world we live in I'm afraid a group visit would be out of the question sorry.

Right, as a package were prepared to do the hub and rear arm mods plus the bump steer reduction kit for £380 instead of £415.

Cheers, Allan

I'll be interested in the above package in due course, at how much lower than standard would you say the roll centre kit is required and when you say easy hub mods to fit is it just drilling the hub out?

The roll centre kit is for cars lowered 25mm or more. The hub requires a small chamfer filing on the underside of the ball joint hole and careful attention paying to the torque of the bolts!

Am I right in saying then, that your negative camber 306 front hubs, will be a similar set up as when you put 309 bones and shafts on a 205?

If you had the hubs machined with -1.5(ish) camber it would give similar effects yes. There's obviously very little change in track (width) and its a simpler/cheaper solution compared to fitting 309 wishbones/shafts.

Very interested in a set of these then.

If I sent you a set of 16mm hubs, could you machine them to 18mm and also give me the -1.5 negative camber on them?

We certainly could yes,Drop me a pm when your ready.

Prism7guy, we're under the impression that Bilstein are now doing the pins for around £50 each so I don't think we'll be doing them to be honest.
