Just had a look at the other thread about average owners ages and was wondering what is the average age of a supercharged 6 owner, high or low boost, please state which. |

I don't think you need to be earning a lot of money to be able to supercharge your 6 TBH. A low boost jobbie is only the price of a more modern hot hatch nowadays. So i guess it's good value for what you get. My only issue is that you'll never get the true value of the car when you come to sell it. Even selling on the supercharger kit on it's own won't get you your money back (you never do with mods) Obviously it's totally insignificant if you plan on keeping it for a long time! My Lotus will be getting all Rotrex'd up hopefully next year and it's going to cost a fair bit more than it does for a low boost 6. IIRC a fitted price of around £7.5k will net me around 280bhp - it only runs at 7psi too - so again a low boost jobbie. However it's enough to get the little plastic car to 60 in~4 seconds, a tonne in ~9 seconds and flat out around 160-165mph ________________________________________ My old man wrote me a letter from prison once. 24, no debt on it.as said it isnt that much to spend on it, but it is alot to spend on a 10 year old car hence the justification. ________________________________________ Team allesclar ® |

However brakes will be done in the next month or so. Going for CL's RC5+ and some decent fluid. As for suspension I really want Nitron NTR'S 46mm jobbies. Trouble is they're £1500 ish plus setting up fees ________________________________________ My old man wrote me a letter from prison once.
