Little update on what’s happening up till now. still not touched the 6, its still sitting outside my house where the engine packed in. i haven’t had the patients for it lately. In no hurry for an engine at the minute as the tax runs out at the end of this month so am going to concentrate on other things for now.Parts ordered so far: 406 Brembos with discs and pads, Braided brake lines, Fibreglass bonnet. also made a start on painting my wheels Next job I think will be for the interior. Bucket seats and harness, loose all the door cards and make some new ones up Engine can come when i need it ________________________________________ Clicky: click here remove the space between [url & = |

had some spare time today so i got all the interior out, just the dash and battery box left in. thinking of painting the inside of the ar matt black to tidy it up a little as there are a few scratches here and there inside. now for the brakes, best way to have them painted? should i just get them shot blasted and posder coated or what? also will i need to do the seals on the pistons? going to mmake a start on getting this engine out aswell if i can be bothered ________________________________________ Clicky: click here remove the space between [url & = |

Yesterday i couldnt be bothered with the engine so done a little work inside the car, as there is only my dash left i thought i may aswell get the windows out, rip the sound proofing up off the floor and make a start with som painting. got a couple of cans of saturn black and sprayed the back half of the car. i got abit more painted than in the 2nd pic but i couldnt be bothered to get a better picture as i was starting to get a bit of a bad head today i have had a busy day after work. finished at 5 and had my tea then come 6pm made a start whipping the engine out... again! engine should be in and running by next week i hope but then i need to finish painting inside, fut bucket seats, fresh oil, run bettery wires through the car, tax the fooker... list goes on getting use to seeing this site now. engie is fully out and stripped down ready for my new bottom end to go in next week. got things to do this weekend so going to have a rest from the 6 i think. not got long letf anyway if i want my car in the calendar next year ________________________________________ Clicky: click here remove the space between [url & = |
