these fit behind the Speedline BTCC 15x7 wheel (1508 IIRC) WITHOUT a spacer, though due to the minimal clearance I'd run a 3mm or so spacer LOL

I'm not certain that the outright braking performance will be any more as the actual piston surface area and pad surface area is pretty close between them, however they should deal with heat a lot better so will give more consistent braking.

It's the much lower caliper + pad flex that gives you the better brakes.

Keeps the clamping force squarer to the disc, and the heat level more consistant across the pad

They didn't fit over Dan's so it was the disc that made the difference. Piece of paper close though - I couldn't repaint them thats for sure.
