Brian Ashley made it up for me, I'll fit it tomorrow and get some pics up. Includes a de-cat downpipe too, and didn't cost the earth.________________________________________ FOR SALE205 Turbo Technics complete and 306 Rallye Race Build breaking. |

Well the de-cat didn't fit, so hopefully I'll get another one made sometime in January. Made the system fit though and it sounds rather good, not too loud. Got the dash trimmed and back in now which was a right twat to do, the front of the cage is almost finished bar the tagging, roof bar and cross on the drivers door bar. Also fitted a carbon battery box and Odyssey Extreme 30 battery, plus welded in a plate for the extinguisher to be mounted on. Aim for tomorrow is to work out all the dash and stalk wiring, fit the PAS re-location kit, then remove all the wiring looms, remove the inlet, standard battery, ABS etc, fit the Jenveys and start making the new car and ECU loom. ________________________________________ FOR SALE205 Turbo Technics complete and 306 Rallye Race Build breaking. |

Was a tad optimistic with my timings the other day! Felt rough yesterday so didn't achieve as much as I would of liked, by the end of play this evening I am at the stage where the car is fully stripped of all the old parts and ready for the new shiny bits. Might need a new set of clocks now though, as the fuel level gauge circuit appeared to melt when I momentarily fed it 12v by mistake!Only wiring to be retained from original loom below: Torsion bars and rear ARB arrived today, looking good: Stripped engine bay, all ready to fit Rich W's power steering re-location kit tomorrow: All the parts now for sale as they are no longer need, bar the injectors and fuel pressure reg as I'm using them with the Jenveys. K&N has only done about 20 miles tops! ECU is unlocked also. ________________________________________ FOR SALE205 Turbo Technics complete and 306 Rallye Race Build breaking. |

As you're going to be competing in this, don't you have to have a cat fitted anyway now? Or are you fitting a motorsport cat somewhere in the system anyway?________________________________________ Seat Leon Cupra FR / 306 GTI6 / Breaking 205 GTI6 / Caterham 7 / Mercedes Sprinter 311CDI LWB Sold: Fisher Fury - Laguna DCI Estate - P1 306 XSI - E30 BMW 325i Baur Convertible - Daihatsu Fourtack - Suzuki GSXR600 - 205 Rallye |

I can do Chris, or go direct to 309PUG on the 205 Drivers forum. No need for a CAT Smighall, the rule is for post year 2000 cars only, and to be honest it came in last year and I didn't see anyone get checked all season. Just a rule to please certain 'green' people... ________________________________________ FOR SALE205 Turbo Technics complete and 306 Rallye Race Build breaking. |

Im going to be after a menagement system some time this year and these M-tech pieces are very well priced. thanks |
