Finally! My mate Ant has got around to submitting the video he shot as a passenger in my car at FCS 09

Session1

Session2

Was the first session out for me so was just feeling my way found at first. Unfortunately it got busy really fast so I had to back off a little to get some room to play. Late on the camera mount broke so footage is from a jaunty angle, but bloody hell it has made me miss my car!

I gpt a few more picture updates from the race engine builder today, he's cleaned it up, finished fitting the guides, skimmed the face, re-cut the seats, background the valves, done the measuring for the shims and will be on final assembly very soon. I just need to stump up the money so I can get it back Big grin

The thing is, I sent a cheque for £800 with the head and said call me when that is used up, and we'll have a chat about the next phase. We are now at £1,350 and it will need a further £450 to finish off.

I don't mind paying as he does fantastic work, but I was just a little shocked when the email came through saying this is where we are at, are you ok for me to proceed? It's a little late now I guess! LOL

I wonder how much my kidneys are worth?...Whistle
