ok,

So this is where we are at at as of tonight
(excuse my camera skills)

Bolted up in place

Spot on Smug

Fot the Eagle eye'd i will be running washers this was just a dry fit

Still on the jack here, im no 4x4 LOL

As for cyclones they fit under perfectly, but the dish on the wheel is too much.
I think with some spacers they will be fine. Once im up and running i will find out exactly but it will be somewhere in the region of 7-10mm

Thanks bud, would you believe i designed the bracket before i even ordered the calipers!!

As for brackets etc, yes it will happen.
Won't happen for a month or so as i want to get them on properly and road tested first.

What i will most probably do is make a "fitting kit" which will include everything you need bar the caliper and pads.

Hopefully the kit will consist of:
Brackets
Hoses
All bolts
Fitting instructions.

But untill i am 100% on the kit working and not going to cause any problems im giving nothing away. Don't need the hassle or trouble of someone crashing their car and blaming it on me.

Test day will hopefully be Castle Coombe on the 6th of september.Cool

Looks awesome ... welly doneBig grin

Is the pad height smaller than standard? As it seems to sit out a little.. Might be able to shave 4-5mm off bracket? to bring it towards the hub a little? But then again... more clearance issue with cyclonesYes

Paul, don't the 305mm 406 discs have a bigger offset which in theory you could still use with 15" wheels, and give enough clearance without the need for spacers?

In theory yes, In practical terms no.
The 406 disc has no offset so would push it further into the wheel side

Pretty sure the 307 285mm discs have more offset though, certainly mine have quite a lot more than a gti6 disc.
