Errm, hate to say this but I doubt some of that welding would pass an inspection if you are going to be using it in a race series Dunno

Its not going to be ever used in a race series as I cannot afford the running costs, also I shall be getting my father in law to check the welding over for me when I get it back in a couple of weeks time, he is a professional welder!

He has never welded a Roll Cage before but I do not doubt he could do it, Carl has now finished the roll cage and I will just get the welding checked as I know nothing about welding.

Well, if the hat fits... LOL

Seriously, it's a roll cage at the end of the day, and I wouldn't want a cage held in by that No

I picked my car up from Carl Chambers the other day, omg my car shifts, I took it out for a quick spin before putting my new wheels and tires on before the journey back home, put it like this I was like an animal with it LOL.

The stupid idiots at Halfords told me when I was interested in the wheels they had which were on special offer that they were Peugeot fitment, so when we came to fit the wheels on the car the offset was wrong it was ford, so my wife and carls partner Jane had to go to Norwich to get some 20mm wheel spacers.

Finally we got away and had a steady ride back from Suffolk.

Next day I started to work on the interior, keying & degreasing the interior.

I did attempt to start removing the excess metal brackets and tidying the weld, but it made to much noise in my Garage so next weekend I will have a good go. I have also ordered a Spot Weld drill remover so hopefully it will be a lot easier.

Below are some pics of the interior so far...
