I ordered and paid for my lines 27th May, they were posted yesterday (12th June) and arrived today.

Whilst I'm sure the lines will have no problems whatsoever, I asked for the lines to be delivered to my sisters in Portsmouth as I was collecting a lot of car bits that she was bringing down south with her.

I got to Portsmouth last Thurs (7th June) and there were no lines there. I left Saturday morning and sent him a PM stating that as I was no longer in Portsmouth could they be sent to Deepaks in London as he is fitting all my bits amongst other things.

Got a PM Monday saying they were being posted that day (to the Portsmouth address).

Anyway as stated they were posted yesterday and arrived today.

This isn't a thread about the quality of the lines as I know they are good quality stuff - it's about the terrible matter in which wampy conducts business.

I'm just saying that I'll never use him again for any bits

So what if I took six moths to pay, it's not like you'd sent them out and I had them already an you were waiting for me to pay money I owed.

And I sent you a message about the change of address in good time, I'm sure a new envelope is cheaper than someone now posting me the lines after I sent you a message asking for them not to be sent there.

Excellent customer service wampy Thumbs up

Edit: for all potential customers, if you have issues he tells you to get a life :clap

Just to recap, you tell customers to do one and crawl under their rock

I've said my bit now, what you have said speaks volumes about your attitude.

Swampy i cant help but thinking that if you had explained a bit better that they were on the way it and that you couldnt sadly change the address this would help your situation?

You dont want to come across as a bit of a knob in front of potential customers do you? Wink

all was explained last night via pm!!

if some one provides you with a delivery address, you send the item there right?
if in between ordering and reciveing they move address is that your fault?

as i explained to carl earlier in the week, i cant access pms from my phone, only my laptop, the guy needs to take a chill pill and calm down

look at the other comments on this page, all good as are so many others.

i could say far more about carl but i will refrain as this is a family forum!!

but if he doesnt buy anything else from me will i be gutted?
nope not really, as i wont get any grief!

im just awaiting him to spam all my threads like he promised and then maybe ADMIN will wield the ban hammer as he it seems he isnt happpy to be here any way!

any way thanks to the guysthat ordered yesterday, your orders are being made for me today so should be with you asap

No i understand that but surely it would take just 30 seconds to stick a label over the old address and write a new one?

Once again time for a swampy bashing I'm afraid...... I said to you please send to my work address which is....... You said "yeh no problems." even In the PayPal payment I said just to confirm send to work address which is ...... Etc.

Yesterday my flat mate had some Bloke banging on the door being rude and having a lair at her for stuf being sent to an address we havnt lived at for nearly 6 months.... He ot my new address from our old landlord. He has wih him a missed package letter from Royal mail saying they had tried to deliver something for me. Went to collect this today and gues what... Braided brake lines!!

Once again fantastic quality lines very impressed... s**t service not at all happy mate!! Thumbs down

Was gonna buy a s**t load of stainless bolts from You for my SC build... Needless to say ill be getting them elsewhere...
