Do you have a LSD fitted because surely it struggles for traction

I like the 3/8" extension blanking the pipe into the header tank LOL

Seriously though, this car is awesome, have you made any vids yet? Smile

Thanks for the comments.

Yes I have a diff, albeit a Quaife not a plate one. I do get wheel spin from about 6k plus in 2nd and 3rd on road tyres.

I plan to do some vids, but I want to get the rev counter working first.

The car is going back to DES to get bigger boxes fitted next week, hopefully it will come out really quiet so I can just enjoy the car and not worry about getting kicked off again!

Bear in mind that a lot of the noise may be induction, several Mi's have failed the driveby at Bedford even though they were fine on the static.

Its the exhaust, I did some testing on Sunday with the wife driving away and then towards me. It gets to about 5k then really barks, the high boost guys will need to be careful!

Thats the beauty of a turbo hardly any noise at all, running a 3.5 inch system from downpipe, with no silencer and is fine

Have you actually had yours checked though? I bet you'll still be well over 98db.

SO is it the charger that makes all the noise then or just the exhaust? Slightly confused as to where the extra noise comes from Unsure

It's not the charger, it's the extra power.

More fuel + more air = bigger explosion in the combustion chambers = more power = more noise

A % of power will always be noise/heat etc, never going to get 100% efficiency No

I have made a quick speedo video, as you can see I struggle for traction quite a bit. I am running a 5 speed Mi 16 box.

Enjoy Smile
