I have 2 beams I've just refurbished up for grabs. Both have been fitted with new shafts, bearings (45 needle outer) and seals. I've brush painted them with hammerite (my old beam I refurbed 2 years ago with hammerite seems in better nick' than my powder coated spare wheel as that has starting to show signs of rust!). For the ARB seal I used rubber o-rings as the Peugeot foam type seems to go solid and fail.

SOLD £250 SOLD

£225 - missing heat shields and 1 arb plate plastic cap.

(Thats grease on that shaft, I forgot to take the picture before starting to build it up)

Collection from Cookridge, Leeds.

Hi - mind telling what O rings you used for the arb. I was about to go and buy standard seals.

306 and xsara a pretty weighty compared to 205/309

If the xsara axle is heavier, it's only marginal

405 / partner / xsara Picasso are hefty units, 106 are positively lightweight compared to them!

i can't lift them, where i can easily walk the length of a scrapyard with a 306 beam O_o
