Day666 wrote: A few updates Sump spacer for my PACE dry sump to move the crank away from The PACE dry sump and limit oil Froth and soak and drag Etc ...so say a mod it needs ??? Never heard of that before! I've read all about oil scrapers and stuff on engines but never tried to fit one. A lot of books say that using the dry sump pump to pull a vacuum will eliminate a lot of froth and drag as if there is a vacuum the oil can't suspend itself if the air. I managed to run a small one but it was surprisingly difficult to seal the engine well enough to get a decent vacuum. The sump has plates in it too which should 'hide' the oil from the effects of the crank. Someone somewhere must've discovered they don't do a good enough job. ________________________________________ Oulton Park in a BTCC 306 vid 1Oulton Park in a BTCC 306 vid 2 Lap of the 'ring |

Today I thought I’d have a little change of front fascia of my control panel ...I really like the square coloured buttons but on my car and placed into the black Carbon surround I recon black plain Buttons will look better ...the Rallye boys need colours as they are bouncing around ....I shouldn’t get that on a smooth track ...Hopefully |

Nice work on the recent updates. Just a thought about having the steering support nickel plated, will bright reflections be an issue when driving in sunny conditions?________________________________________ Goldie the track car. |
