Just been told by Sandy not to put the ATS into filter backplate ?
Said just place it & clip it outside in engine bay ?

Bloody tight to pull that out Miles !!!!

Another small problem is even with the stepped Jenvey back plate the Billet alloy jenvey fuel rail won't allow you to use stnd 6 injectors ??
The extension shaped spacers for the screws to hold the fuel rail & injectors in are still hitting the Carbon stepped back plate & forcing the x4 screws that hold the rail on not to line up ...your not able to line screw holes up if you don't use spacers not a problem but you really do need spacers !!!!

Two ways of getting round this ???;.....not using Very long shaped spacers as in the middle of the pic & just the long screws bit of a bodge really .....or buying correct (short) 330cc new injectors for just the jenvey Rail Thumbs up

Just had another look another way ....file down shaped alloy spacers in the middle of the pic lots to miss Carbon backplate !!!!Thumbs up
Longer bolts on left & middle long spacers are for use with 6 long injectors !!!
Short screws on right are for use with short stnd injectors ....note ....I used one & not missing LOL

I'll get around it somehow Whistle

After getting my old injectors cleaned to use in the inlet manifold & having to Buy x4 new Pico 330cc injectors for the Bodie rail because I found out 91mm bodies can't be used with a stepped backplate as behind the injector is shorter & short injectors have to be used Thumbs up
The Car just sounds & feels so much better with the injectors cleaned & one was down 15% on flow !!!

60's will almost certainly give you more top end, but the 90's will probably give better midrange, which could make for a nicer driving car. It'll definitely be interesting to see the difference it makes. Make sure you get some graphs!

Theres a bit of info on different manifold lengths here- http://www.billzilla.org/engvariable.html

dont forget that the manifold is longer pete, may well end up on 60's for better results all over, unfortunately none of the rollers sandy uses that I know have any way to record any readings.

Went down on a trailer & came back on a trailer amazing !!!!!!
Sandy found one of my new cleaned 6 injectors was playing up ...so quick swap & off he went again !!!!

60s used & were better for my car all round as 90s gave no increase & lost a small bit of power in certain places on my Stnd Engine .
All I can say is OMG !!!!!!!!!
It feels a totally diff car & Sandy Browns a bloody Genius & I'm not saying that lightly Crazy ...

My DZO3gs arnt far off done & Sandy used Tyre spray to try & get it to grip to get a end BHP figure but just couldn't get it to grip 100% ...
But it Wasent about the BHP figure for me on a stnd engine & I'm not just saying that ....it was about drivability & response of throttle & THAT sound was unreal ....
8 injectors blended & one very happy man !!!
Sandy had a cheeky smile on his face when he finished ....but after I got it home NOTHING short of OMG when I drove her .....
It shouldn't be possible to inpriive & do this after all it's only a stnd engine with Bodies / ECU & Sachell inlet with x8 injectors ..Whistle
Believe the hype Guys he's the MAN !!!!
See you at FCS This Sat Thumbs up

PS a big thank you must go out to Nigel @ Jenvey & Dave @ Satchell & The man himself Sandy Brown for all your Help & amazing products & Knowlege & putting a BIG Smile on this Face ...Thumbs up

I so should have taken (bought a video camera) when the car was on the rollers, thing is you need to capture the sound more than anything which is difficult on a phone or cheap camcorder as it will compress the audio too much.
