It's made of Alloy & it's been folded several angles & I've put Circoflex 3 self adhesive thin reflective mat on the underside to deflect Radiator heat away from Airfilter & to direct lots of cold air in above the radiator & directly into the Airfilter at low speeds also so my Jenveys get feed ![]() Make them yourself.... I did ![]() Also cut away the slam panel & Grill to get more air in ![]() |

Underneath the stainless mess I have folded the alloy over the front towards the top of the fans ....so when the bonnets closed it kind of acts like a Rich W / Lynx supercharger scope ![]() Can't really get a picture of that ? Hope this helps Dan ![]() |

Only because my treadless Dunlops were breaking free at 260bhp ![]() NO seriously ..they were spinning even with extra straps & tyre grip spray ....it's bloody quick ask anybody who was at FCS & it's smooth useable power all the way through the rev range ![]() I'll worry about BHP when my full engine gets done this time next year .
