Thought it might be, I'm thinking about using the rs500 rad and intercooler on the dimma but I think the bottom pipe will be where my power steering pump is Thumbs down

How much clearance do you have from the tip of the rad to the underside of the slam panel?

had to make up bottom hose on car to make fit ,so you should be able to get good clearance by doing same ,am going to be using other left over grp a cosworth bits on it as well ,have rear cosy 285/25mm disc and bells wich will use on front , just trying to do deal on the AP calipers

Have you trial fitted the bells and rotors as they look like the rotors are offset and might hit the ball joints

A stupid question, but how much weight are you anticipating saving by drilling holes?

just trying to save any little bit I can , even down to replacing bolts with alloy ones were possible , every bit helps ,bumper holes will be covered with thin carbon with stick on number plate ,and once have got all weight down will turn attention to power plant

How are you running no pas? Just disconnected pipes? Did you keep the ram? Did you cap the connections off?

I've bought a tensioner & belt to delete the pump but unsure how to run the rack effectively. Any advice appreciated..

When i was running without pas i had a short length of flexi hose made up that connected to the two holes on the rack (high pressure inlet and return), then i poured a load of fluid in until i couldnt get any more in and fitted the hose, making it a very short loop.

In hindsight i should have probably removed the ram and made a stop to limit the rack travel distance.

I run mine with no fluid in the rack or ram but not sure this is a good idea! Going to remove the ram this weekend although I'm probably no going to fit a stop, barely turn the wheel enough for it to make sense.
