    Techically it's a service you pay for which you expect to work when you go to access it, similar to if you got home to find your Sky was down for 24hrs - but we won't go down that road LOL

    I'm sure the Captain will consider adding a day on to existing membership as suggested to make up for it.

    +1 day please. I needed some FAQ's whilst working on the car and couldn't get access so I definitely think we need some goodwill
