2 types of seats in the Rs4 though there was normal recaros. Then there were the recaro buckets i think. As you say got to have the buckets though Ricky.________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

Well. can assure you if my seats get nicked they will not be replace by 20k new audi ones! I could put Carbon leather recaros for 3k. I'm asking about the cars not the seats anyways! ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

Rs4 everytime, regardless of seats. If I was to go bmw I'd be looking at the 335d touring.________________________________________ www.bridgecraftmotorsport.co.uk |

RS4 buckets are discontinued so £20k gets you a box of special order bits that you have to assemble yourself I think a good suggestion if you buy an RS4 with buckets would be the anti break lamination for the windows as the thieves are taking them out through the windows as the doors are dead locked |

Mother in law had an RS4 a while back and I was tempted to steal the seats myself - particularly the drivers side. Not for the seats themselves obviously You just cant beat the smell of leather. ________________________________________ |

Have you considered a B8 S4 Avant and get it chipped?Chipped B8 S4 very nearly as quick as a B8 RS4 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KfMY96v_Gc More modern than a B7 RS4 and not a bad looker, although this example is a manual and i think the auto is the preferred option - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AUDI-S4-S4-TFSI-QUATTRO-5DR-FULL-BLACK-EDITION-SPEC-/281131601819?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item4174bfcf9b |

Its quite a thing apparently only 10,000 of the cars ever built so i suppose that's how they justify the cost! I'm pretty sure ill go with the Rs4 and however much i want it not going to do this.http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FBkX8GS5FoY&feature=related ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

Make sure you do your homework with the RS4 Ross DRC and carbon build up are the major issues. |

Nope, driven bothRs4 is a nice allrounder but wont give you the sheerdriving pleasure the M5 will give you SMG7 is a nice gearbox, only downside of the M5 is fuelconsumption and radius, you wont get far on a tank of petrol. + the sound of the V10 is much better then the V8 of the RS4 Prepare to pay a lot on the "normal" things, front brakediscs cost an arm& leg Rs4 V8 are down on power, and didnt get anywhere near 420bhp, most are around 380, audi had a lot of claims because of that. The did a new management and new headers to get to around 420, that was in the R8, who did make the claimed 420. M5 will blow the doors of the RS4 on the highway |

True Takedown but that's what I'm after an all rounder. half the 420bho to 380bhp was carbon deposits in the inlet Tract. Not many highways round me mate so I'm more than Likley going to pick up an Rs4 before the end of the year if i find a good one. ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

If i was to pick, id take the M5 touring, drives better then the Audi which i think has a bit of a distant feeling/steeringfeel to it, cant quite explain it, when you take a sit behind the wheel of the M5, it just fits like a glove. But anyways, both are great cars! and please call me Paul |
