Was a very good price considering THIS is a smaller property built on a smaller plot in the same cul-de-sac,the estate agent we sold with said that our would probably be worth £200k+, the couple that we bought it from wanted to settle everything as divorce went through almost a year ago they had also bought it cheap in 2007 from a couple who had also divorced

Yes it is cheaper down here but then wages are also small i earn £18k a year which around here is very good wage

Sarah :- Already on to it Smile

I've just missed out on a house with a huge garden with potential for a huge garage, now I have to wait until summet decent pops up.

Our lass keeps looking at stuff that is no good, she wonders why i give her the "you having a laugh face" when its got no garden, drive or garage lol

They just don't get it do they? Roll eyes

She got the jist of what I wanted after she was sending me links to stuff that I'd already spotted and disregarded, I said to her, "I'll tell you when I see summet I like" haha

He's in West Wales, as much as he tries to say it isn't LOL

They are cheaper here, especially if you compare it to London/Bristol, but then wages are lower here aswell

Near me the average price of a 3 bedroom house at the moment is about 120k, there are parts where they are a lot more and some where it is less but if you don't want to live by posh dicks in a gated community or by scumbags in a council estate, 120k is the average

I need to move to Wales. To get a house with a garage in the village I live in I would need at least 400k!
