Must have modified alloys. The image is for illustration purposes only as I'm not at home at the moment so cant take a pic. I did wonder why it had 19" alloys instead of 18" like the rest of them.

It doesn't have the white wheel IIRC.

Will check and confirm back if anyone is interested with image of the actual car for sale. (Looks exactly the same as one I've used, alloys look the same too from memory)

yeah, looks like standard vxr alloys, not the ATS alloys that are 3 kilos lighter per corner as per all 834 other examples of this special.

I've never understood how different wheels and a Remus exhaust make these worth 2k more than a standard. They sound mean when they are driven, just wouldn't want to drive it every day

They are more powerful, the chequered decals also add 20BHP. Hope this helps Jamie Happy

Jesus, that is quite. Especially for a hot hatch, just the torque steer means that half the time it is trying to drag you into a hedge. I love the VXR so if I had money to throw away, I would own one. Wait a minute, I drive a Peugeot, I'm throwing money away every day!

Granted they are quick but they just do not handle the power well at all! Would probably be much more fun with 50bhp less!
Oh and im sure they are the wrong wheels!

I actually think they sound a bit silly.
In the same way a fiesta st 185 does.
Theres such a thing as too many pops and bangs and the corsa vxr sounds better imo

Could be true. My brother is going to buy himself a new BMW when he comes back from Afghan in a few months. He's been offered over £8k as part ex so if it doesn't sell he'll part ex the car. Not a problem.

However if anyone does want to buy it for around £10k ono. Feel free to contact me. You only have to look on eBay to see the prices of these cars:

None are listed less than £8.6k
1 x listed at £8.6k (has 10k more miles on the clock)
1 x listed at £9990
and the rest, 17 x listed at over £10k, most of which around £12k

So questioning the price seems a bit re-donkulous to me Thumbs up

A mate left one of these behind (which had been remapped [TRUE]) in his 106 16v, apparently.

I hate the VXR rear bumper Thumbs down

My mate had a map and exhaust on a astra vxr and it sat with my old vx220 turbo when it was standard they go well, handle sh!t and the 19's were an option on all astra vxr's but in my opinion should have all had the white 18's
