There are quite a few of these sort of products out there, there must be something in it. The orange one in this link looks quite cheap and has no water in it.

Sandy Brown did some tests and had found out that the optimal running temp for an XU engine is 83 degrees.

Hence the reason the Peugeot thermostat was set at 83c then. LOL

I know that I used to use Engine Ice in my motocross bikes but that's because they have no fans and get revved to twice what a car goes to so needed the extra help on the cooling if you put water in there in the summer it would boil the water on slow parts of a track. That is not good. But as said above by the others, the 6 should run at 83 and water is fine there with anti-freeze

'Do not add any water' is not the same as 'contains no water'.

That's just ready mixed antifreeze.

Do not add water means one thing, it wont do as it says on the tin with water in it.

Because it dilutes it further. It will be mixed to a certain concentration.
