Jesus who's head did you hold a gun to, to get that price?! LOL

Your rallye is epic from what ive seen, and sounds like a monster.

It was a standard London car when I bought it, it had the morettes that's about all, bashed a bit here and there.

Was for sale for ages as well.

Carl

Did you buy it in the depth of winter as that does make a difference to the price ?

My 6 is my third 306 and it cost me a huge £140 with 6 months mot and 2 weeks tax.S reg with 127k She is cosmetically rough but mechanically not bad Smile only spent just over £500 on her so far and she is coming along nicely.

The shortest time I've owned a 306 is 2 days lol, took it as px plus £300 for a standard R reg white 3 door escort GTI. Then sold it for £700. My first pug was a T reg Dturbo in china blue, never really liked it lol. I swapped that for a RS2000 replica escort. I'm really a ford girl at heart

No but I've always wanted to.

When I sold my 6, I had a guy ring up a day later and asked if I still had it, I told him I sold it quickly for £500, and he made the funniest noise ever, like all the air was leaving his body, for about 10 seconds and then hung up.

You just reminded me of it.

£175 for the 6 in 2011 and £1500 for the rallye last feb.

rikky wrote:

Loads, Orions, Fiestas, Escorts, cheapest was a £5 fiesta.

Most money I've ever spent was £1500 on my 04 307hdi xsi sw and the rallye.

i sold my M3 and as i was in the bank putting the money into my account some dude rang me up asking what time was good to come to see the car. i told him i'd just sold it and it was gone, and at that point he let out a huge "EEEEYYYYYYY" noise and proceeded to tell me he'd just applied for a loan and got the cash through to buy the car and how much of an inconvenience it was especially considering the car's private reg was his initials as well, then asking if i could get the car back off the other guy to re-sell it to this guy. what a length

LOL i also had a guy ring me about 2 weeks after i'd sold one of my 306's asking about it, and i told him it was for gone. he proceeded to lecture me on how important it was to mark the advert as expired / sold so that other buyers like himself didn't waste their time. i already had done this anyway, but he had seen the car in the autotrader magazine but still wanted me to remove it, some how Unsure
