I joined the forum after being recommended by a couple of customers who have kindly posted in the insurance section http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=152330

I did make a post the above thread about us coming on board as an additional sponsor/Trader but removed the text to avoid any complications as it was inside another insurers thread.

I work for Greenlight Insurance who specialise in modified and performance cars.

We currently deal with a number of other owners forums/clubs and were hoping to come on board this forum as a trader/sponsor and allow members a discount off of our policies.

We can cover all types of modifications including roll cages, Nitrous and even engine swaps. We can offer agreed value insurance at no extra cost and even have the option for Track Day Insurance from £45 per day.

We can cover Northern Ireland postcodes as well.

We can also offer reduced mileage policies for those who cover less than 7500 miles per year. Our rates are very competitive rates starting at £212 full comp on modified vehicles. (Mirrored NCB, Company Car NCB and Commercial/Motortrade NCB are all acceptable)

If someone could point me in the right direction as to who to speak to on the forum about us coming on board as forum trader it would be much appreciated. (I PM'D Captainash this morning but not sure if this would be handled by one of the other moderators

Here are a couple of examples of the feedback we get on other forums:

http://www.mx5nutz.com/forum/index.php?showforum=103
http://www.focusstoc.com/forums/forum/133-greenlight-insurance

Thanks again for you time

Best Regards
Neil

Unfortunately its a benefit only available to our customers. Its very competitively priced (starting at £45) so the underwriters restric it to current policyholders.

When your policy comes up we are very competitive so could be worth getting a quote from us in case its worth switching.

I'll provide more details of the cover available once we officially get the go ahead from the forum.

If it goes ahead for a forum discount, can I get a discount even though I'm an existing customer? Smile

Track car is a pure track car so not road legal. Is it possible to get track day insurance on the track car if I take out a policy with you for the road car? Going to guess not but worth a shot! Big grin
