Splitter staying?

Why do you doubt it's a phase 3?

What plates it on? Surely age should confirm unless it's a T.

Well that looks nice.
Looks like a phase 3 obviously. What key style it have? Only reason to doubt is of its a T. Mine is a T as well though and all the bits are phase 3

Phase 1 & 2's use an infra red key, phase 3's use a radio frequency key.

    Yeah,
Basically a phase 3 key will be thinner than both keys from your other cars.
And wont have any led's on it.

    FAQ here:

    http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=64634
Another easy way is if the fuel filler is a pull up to release one rather than push down its a phase 3.

Phase 2 cars had them but later removed as they broke and got tangled with aux belt

Bit like the waste of time clutch pedal spring Yes

Yep, only Phase 1 and 2 had the rear brake compensator fitted. Phase 3's the compensation was controlled by the ABS unit as they used EBD so there was no need for a compensator to be fitted.

Looks a nice car too. Cool
