Just got off the phone to pro alloy and they are almost done, the intercoolers are finished and the rads are just having the pipe work welded into place Smile

In the next few days both cooling packages are off to get painted satin black.

They are sending me some pics in the next few days and then all going to plan I will be picking the car up on Saturday Smile

Paid for my satshift, some more fuel line and some other bits so hopefully crack on with it when I get it back!

Trying to drag out my house sale a bit so I get the use of my garage to finish the beast off

about time someone did a proper job, will be intersting to see how the coolant temps are still though, with the massive cooler in the way.

I can't see it being a problem but if it is it's not my problem to fix as pro alloy assured me it will be fine! I'm well happy with the out come and the quality of the finish

If only I could take credit for it!
Very well thought out set up Smile

Hopefully I will make all the shows and more importantly a few track days and maybe a "one hit wonder" with time attack to see how competitive the car is

I'm mounting the oil coolers as they didn't want to put them between the rad and intercooler so thought I would save my self some cash and mount them myself

and that reminds me of fantastic four lol

Im soo glad I went down the professional route instead of using a random ebay rad and cooler even if it cost 4 times the amount I think its worth it..

You can have all the power in the world but if you cant keep the running temps down whats the point!

Thanks bud, yup a lot of one off parts on this car! Thinking about putting a bar or two in front of the intercooler if I have room behind the bumper!
Would be a very expensive track day if I hit something or a foreign object hit the front of the car

Glad we did this in the end, hopefully it will keep good inlet air temp, whilst keeping the engine running nice and cool Smile.

Can't see why not, he assured me that it's the same setup they run on 600hp turbo set ups which clearly run hotter than the superchargers!
To be fair the old setup never caused me any problems, this set up is just safer and neater

That is beautiful!! If I was any closer to finishing my project I would have gotten in on this!! Did they save the plans anywhere? Cause this is dreamy!

Do the cooler outlets fit within the original front end? There's no cutouts or anything?
