Well you and I would hope not lol
First quote will be for making the coolers and rads, powder coating them black, mounting fans and oil coolers.

If that is a bit to much I'll say not to bother mounting the oil coolers and powder coating as I can mount the oil coolers my self and get powder coating done cheap or worst case I'll give them a dusting of black paint my self

Just can't believe he couldn't give a quote with the car in front of him Sad £1200 should be enough: but I'm sure I'll be wrong and it will be like 2.5 k

I remember you having yours made by them, iv also looked at the pro alloy stuff on pro alloys site and its around £500 for rad or intercoolers but that is off the shelf stuff not bespoke so add a few quid on for that!
I'm hoping £2000 for the lot but we will see

They also welded the brackets for the fan and cooler.

Was pleased with the quality Allthough one thing to check when you get yours is check the pressure cap as mine was 0.7bar Allthough when I phoned them they sent a correct one in the post strait away

now I no longer have the car at mine to play with I had to do something so i made the plates for the bonnet pins to go under the carbon Kevlar slam panel

Started to put a pile together for the last few bits that need powder coating and a pile for flocking

Started to sort all my bits out that I want to keep and stuff I can sell as I need to reduce my spares for moving house.... keep your eyes open in the for sale thread for some bits Smile

Well......

Just got the quote from pro alloy and me and ross are going ahead, lets hope its a work of art and works well with the space and set up we already have!

Not sure when I will be getting the car back but I would imagine its going to be 3 weeks from now if not a bit longer

Please don't ask how much its costing as we are not willing to say yet...

It's worth doing so the price is irrelevant, all I can say is if you want that set-up Andy it will save you a lot of money if you join in with me and Ross as they won't sell it to you in six months time for the same money we are paying!
Go and get a credit card with a million pound credit limit Smile

Think I got a rough idea of the cost from Ross last weekend. Worth it if it's spot on though some things are worth going properly and cooling is one of them....
