Name and shame already, it's been best part of a month. Don't waste your time protecting people who aren't interested in you. Have you lodged a Paypal dispute? Go in a recent thread they have since started advertising something and ask in there for an update.Look at it as a way of being more sure it's likely to be read, but really it makes other people aware so they don't get in the same situation. They won't want the bad press. Edit. Just went to do it on your behalf but notice you beat me to it. ________________________________________ |

I just want a refund. I'm not keen to be running around giving anyone a hard time on threads. What I dont get is the "if you keep posting on my threads it'll take longer" comment. Seriously? Just refund it and I'll f**k off. This is the only way I've got a response though ________________________________________ Love thy 6 |

I certainly don't blame you for ultimately resorting to having to do that.Insist on a refund and buy elsewhere. Once bitten. From experience it's better to get an instant refund and search elsewhere than it is to be potentially let down further and drag things out anymore than needs be. Getting that refund is another story. Luckily refunds don't require a box. ________________________________________ |

Considering you've bought a part that maybe 100 different people have sent to the scrap yard in the last year, you've probably paid a premium to a man trying to make every cent from an expensive build, and have unwittingly been shafted (excuse the pun).Paypal dispute, money back, buy one from someone else breaking a car on here and don't pay through the nose for one. ________________________________________ I'm Si btwNight Blue VW Golf GTD Bianca LBSC Rallye - Track/Road Slag Project Thread Sparkling Silver Mini Cooper D - Super Dooper - (The other half's wheels) |

Now I appreciate problem members aren't banned instantly as that helps nobody with current disputes getting resolved. According to the for sale rules above: 8.) Adverts / threads not adhering to the guidelines will be removed. Participants, buyers or sellers, who cause trouble to other users of the forum, either deliberately or inadvertently, will be banned. So after some disappointing transactions, abuse and deliberate heel dragging - how are admin taking this forward? We notice the ***BAD SELLER*** status, but what comes next? For the welfare of members, would it be an idea upon catching wind of these scenarios to perhaps limit them from starting new for sale threads? ________________________________________ |

I just want a refund, then we can all get back to moaning about the "finer" points of french engineering.I've seen in threads where he's made some sales to people who are happy with what they've got. Why cant he just refund the few people he owes, then pick up speed a bit and get back to supplying good stuff? It's all got a bit crazy ________________________________________ Love thy 6 |
