Ffs don't lift off the throttle on toyos provided they've let you carry enough speed to loos! ________________________________________ See the sheer power and might of the lesser known burrowing owl. |

jsoulman wrote: Thanks for this thread its been really helpful. I actually forgot this forum is used for car realated help. I tried to get the Toyo's in the deal that Jamma posted but they have sold out. I have MOT next week so dont have time to wait so gonna go to costco and get the tyres Welshpug and Gilesy mentioned. I have been informed by a guy named Bob at Costco that they are amazing tyres haha. Twice the price as the Toyos though so they better be twice as good. I have never had a problem with Toyos. But yeah, cheers for the heads up on the Toyos and the Mich's How much costco quoting you for Mich pe2's? ________________________________________ Phase 2 Blaze GTi6PS3 - Black Ops 2 Engine crane for hire Renfrewshire |

Just banged another set of t1rs on my motor and I'm still happy with the amount of grip they offer up griiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip and they're very predictable. Once again that's my opinion on my set up and profile choice. Anyway I'm off out to w**k over them a bit more ________________________________________ Team Nile 6Team: 40.2 MPG 5 x a 306 owner! currently abusing type r's in a town near you ™ I truely live for the 306 ® Build date: 29th October 1997 Wednesday's car midweek madness |

If your happy with them then fair enough. They are a good budget tire. I just prefer the eagles and Mich's. ________________________________________ See the sheer power and might of the lesser known burrowing owl. |

I put eagle f1s on my scoob and I just say, they transformed it! Although it did have paradas on it which really didn't agree with weight of the car. ________________________________________ See the sheer power and might of the lesser known burrowing owl. |

Tire tread wear does depend on many variables inc people's driving style and over all use etc.For me i use Eagle F1's on all my cars, never had any problems, had them the past 3 years and still has loads of tread on them but i dont do many miles with them as its a weekend car mostly, the tread does last. ________________________________________ Pug fee`ver,Pick a Bogey, buy a Pug.
