I think the performance is fantastic on low boost, it's got more than enough power for my liking.

As for experiencing it, I'd recommend a passenger ride, I went in Daveyboy's and it convinced me instantly to do mine.

Only issue I've found that is rarely discussed on here is that it stalls very easily now, makes parking and junctions even more of a pain in the ass

I think your main issue is that although fairly quick in a straight line, tbh you can buy a properly fast car for 5.5k these days. In the twisties and everything.

Like 60-100 in 6 seconds quick. LOL

Are you running the updated map?
Mine was terrible for cutting out, but the updated map improved it a lot.

I wasn't aware there was an updated map? Dunno

It was only done about 2 months ago so I'd guess it should be the latest version but only Rich would know. If there is a better map I could have I'd be interested in trying it

Did you give up with the higher idle?

You do get use to it, just don't drop clutch till below 2k revs.

Agreed you soon get used to just not sticking the clutch in until you're under 2k or so, if it is stalling at other times than letting off the throttle then you may have a dodgy sensor or the like?

Yeah I've done exactly like you said and it idles at around 1k now and is safe under 2k approx 75% of the time but I still would like it to be abit better

On mine I didn't drop the clutch at junctions until it had rolled down to about 1500 rpm

In reply to Andy, I've got the high boost pipe work and cooler which I don't think helps with the stalling
