sadly you do not quality for a full refund. think of it as car insurance. you are out of your 7 day grace period so you aren't entitled to a full refund. lets assume for sake of ease that a week costs you 10p of your £5 yearly fee, therefore i estimate that after admin fees and cancellation charges you are only entitled to about £2 back. and there's a minimum refund transaction fee of £5 so you actually owe the site moneyhow will you be paying? make cheques payable to "dangti6 enterprises" and he will pass the money onto the site. honestly ________________________________________ 306 rallye reproduction decals (full sets/individual decals) | 306 b-pillar textured vinyl weatherstrips306 slam panel esso stickers | 306 yellow / orange / pension fund red side door badges gti6 inlet manifold badges | 306 rear boot badges (p2/p3) winner of Extraction of toys from prams with outstanding vigour award 2009 [source: gti6 owners club] |

The "fun" side of the forum may have diminished. But the technical help etc is as good as if not better than ever. ________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |

Great for some but others like myself who no long own a 6.I paid to have a bit of fun with my "forum friends" but sadly thats been killed off. It does take the p**s to think with Jim use to get away with before it was a paid site and to think now even the slightest hind of mockery/p**s taking/banter and its lock down straight away |

It kind of makes me laugh how before people complained about there not being enough mods, now it seems to have gone the other way. It is a shame, this forum was always infamous for the ritual humiliation of newbies who used text speak and some of the best threads that I have ever read on a forum (mainly by $oulman). ________________________________________ Ex SC-6Now in a Megane R26 |

If there was a Muppet section purely for the banter than it wouldn't clutter the general and random chat sections and members and admin alike would be much happier. I do think it's something worth looking in to. Hopefully the thread about the idea in Feedback will be constructive and thought through.________________________________________ |

adam b, as rikky stated, pro rata you would not get £5 and even if you did, im sure you are of those who initially said to the non-paying members that a fiver is pennies...so then why not cut your loses with the refund and just not use this site anymore.I personally would not go out of my way to get a refund of such an insignificant amount. i agree with ian75658525 re: the scholaship...a good system in place would be to occasionally credit someones account with 'free month' membership where they are able to post for a month. this would 1) invite them back to join in the fun, 2) would actually encorourage them to join once they 'free month' is over. works well with some other pay-per-sites. |
