Cool but not worth 80,000 by any amount of imagination. For that you could built 4 of them in better condition. I.e like new.________________________________________ Ex- Phase 3 China GTi-6 T-Reg |

its a group b homologation road car but its not a full blown Group b snorting monster......but most of us know that  ________________________________________ 306 less for first time in nearly 7 years. One of my dream cars to own although would prefer one that hadn't been messed with and was original graphite grey.I don't think you could build 1 nevermind 4 Mid engined etc and with a proper T16 lump not a 2.0 litre with a turbo bolted on would cost loads to build.________________________________________ Ryan |

Standard engine. Rest is just bolt ones.It's how it works in this game. Mine was standard until recently when I got the emery paper out trying to unveil the engine number. ________________________________________  |

Interesting, I'm sure they ran an 83mm bore and 82mm stroke so may well of used an Xud7 block to start with. Were they alloy though as I know the T16 block was? ________________________________________ Ryan |

yeah, the XU8T was alloy, I believe it was derived from the 305 GT's XU engine, given the Turbo 16 was built before the 205 road car, and a few years before a gti.XUD7 is Iron, pretty much same casting as the XUD9, which in turn is very close to the XU10. ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |
